During high school, I explored a range of entrepreneurial ventures while developing a strong interest in social media and digital trends. That interest began in seventh grade, when my fascination with Supreme clothing led me to resell items online with the help of my mom—an experience that introduced me to e-commerce and independent work.
This early success motivated me to continue experimenting. I explored affiliate marketing, dropshipping, and Instagram theme pages, many of which did not succeed. While challenging, these experiences became valuable learning opportunities that helped me refine my skills and approach.
Through persistence, I achieved meaningful results. I grew an Instagram theme page to over 10,000 followers and later launched a vintage resale brand that generated nearly 100,000 unique website visits. I designed and managed the website myself, applying the skills I developed through trial, failure, and iteration.
Throughout these ventures, I focused on creating value for customers and operating with purpose. I offered affordable clothing and donated 10% of net profits to organizations fighting climate change. These formative experiences established a strong foundation for my values and shaped the direction I pursued as I entered college.
